When a choosing a trainer the NSCA suggests you ask this question.

Our Staff

Director of Performance

Dennis DiCamillo is the Director of Performance at Agape. Dennis spent 20 years in college athletics. He worked at every level of the NCAA. From the Division I level (Big Ten & Big Sky) through the small college level. Along the way he spent 6 years as a Head Strength and Conditioning coach, earned a Masters of Science degree from the University of Illinois and the CSCS*D certification from the National Strength and Conditioning Association (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist). He began personal training when serving as a strength coach. Faculty and staff members would ask him for advise and help regarding their fitness and nutrition goals. Dennis was happy to help those faculty and staff members as much as the thousands of athletes he'd helped reach their performance goals. Since leaving college athletics Dennis has graduated from the Fitness Instruction and Training Academy (FITA) and earned a certificate in nutritional education and the NSCA-CPT*D (Certified Personal Trainer) certification. Today Dennis loves working with people and shares with his clients the same feeling of victory he did as a collegiate coach. Dennis works with both personal training and sport performance clients.

In 2009 Dennis earned the NSCA credential "With Distinction" (*D).

Dennis is also a Member of ACSM and IdeaFit.
